Netherlands - Art outline

This is really good and I impressed on the quality. Even though the picture lacks colour, it is nicely drawn. One thing I would recommend is to work on clothes and their wrinkles. The scarf (I'm assuming its a scarf) is a little bunched and the wrinkles don't look like wrinkles per say. And most people draw him with spiky hair so I like the change on how his hair has been flattened. Another thing, there is no line between his ear and hair so they kind of blend together. And I recommend, thigh you don't have to, cropping the right side of the picture because it isn't part of the art.
